Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us!  Apis Crafts strives to provide quality products and a satisfactory experience with every purchase.  As a small boutique business, our refund and return policies are intended to help meet your needs and ensure we have an opportunity to resolve any issues that may arise.  Please review the policies below before you purchase.

No Returns or Exchanges

Apis Crafts items are one of a kind, handmade personal items and due to hygiene reasons we do not accept returns or exchanges on earrings or other jewelry items.  All sales are final.  Please carefully review your order before completing your purchase to ensure you are happy with your selection.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

While we always strive to deliver your order accurately and intact, occasionally delivery or fulfillment issues occur.  If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can assist with you a replacement or refund for the damaged or incorrect item.  Refunds are only issued if your order is damaged or you receive the wrong item.  Apis Crafts may request evidence of damage or an inspection of the item before processing a refund.  Shipping fees are non-refundable but may be waived when processing a replacement item.
