Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Apis Crafts!  Please review our shipping policies for more information about how you can quickly receive your order.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-5 business days, provided accurate and complete shipping information is included at the time of your order.  You will receive an email notification with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates

Shipping Rates are calculated based on your location.  You will be able to view the shipping rate during checkout.  Apis Crafts utilizes standard shipping only.  We are unable to provide expedited or overnight shipping.

Worldwide Shipping:

At this time, Apis Crafts only ships to locations within the United States.

Delays

While we do everything we can to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier once the package is in transit.  Shipping times may vary based on your location, custom processing and other factors.

Tracking

Each order will have its own unique tracking number, which will be provided to you once your order has shipped.  You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your package.

Lost or Damaged Packages

We take great care in packaging and shipping your items, but if your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact the carrier directly or reach out to us.  We may be able to assist you with any claims that need to be filed, per the requirements of the carrier.
