Questions? I’ve got you.
Will my item look exactly like the photo?
Most listings show the exact pair you'll receive. A few styles are cut as multiple pairs from the same slab of clay; those listings are marked, and your pair will share the same colors and pattern with small natural variations.
Are they heavy?
My designs are made with lightweight wear in mind. Most items weigh less than 1 oz.
What are they made of?
I utilize mixed materials in my designs, primarily polymer clay. Some styles contain resin, wood, brass or other materials as noted. All earring hardware is nickel-free.
How do I care for my earrings?
Polymer clay is durable but not indestructible. Keep your earrings dry and remove them before showering, swimming, or exercising, and avoid contact with perfume, lotion, and hairspray. Store them flat or hanging, away from direct sunlight, and clean gently with a soft, dry cloth. See the full Care guide for more tips.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase. All orders over $45 have free shipping!
When will I get my order?
I work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible, typically within 2-3 days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
What if they aren’t right for me?
For hygiene reasons, earrings can't be returned. If your order arrives damaged, is lost in transit, or isn't what you ordered, please contact me and I'll work with you on a refund or replacement.
